This program focuses on spiritual mentoring of pastors and evangelists to build spiritual and mental capacity to establish the kingdom of God.
This programme is suitable for people who are passionate about winning souls for Christ and are ready to wage war against the kingdom of darkness.
Who is the Target Audience?
Pastoral and Evangelism is the overarching term for the marks of effective pastors, encompassing Christian teaching, discipleship, and congregational guidance.
This training is best for Pastors and Evangelists looking to enhance both themselves and their entire church by developing a united church as per the teachings of Ephesians 4.
Learning Objectives
- Word Communication: – effective and powerful communication leads to transformation. Pastors and Evangelists will learn how to preach the word, what to preach and how to effectively communicate the word.
- Crisis Management: – Pastors and Leaders will learn how to biblically, physically and spiritually resolve Crisis that may affect the church growth negatively. Pastors and Leaders will be properly equipped with right knowledge and wisdom to solve these issues.
- Holy Spirit: – Pastors and Leaders will also receive the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit through impartation by the (General Overseer) Prophet Samson Oluwamodede.
- Effective Leadership: – This program will reveal some keys in effective leading a church to God through teaching the word, the truth ad the knowledge of God.
- Relationship Management: – This program will teach Pastors and Evangelist and the church Leaders on how to manage and develop relationship with members.
- Call Identification: – Pastors will be taught how to identify their call, message and scriptural ways to navigate the ministerial assignments.
